Daily Diary and Test Results – William Day 9

Today I feel better then any day previous!

I just feel really charged up and have a constant flow of clear energy, I feel light and clean.
I slept really well last night and no snoring at all.
My stomach is flat, I have no bloating at all.

Before I went to bed last night I had a bowel movement which was quite smelly but of no substance, only liquid. I am assuming the lymphatic drainage massage has just pushed along a bit more rubbish from my system. This style of massage is meant to help one detoxify and I believe it is kicking in.

Tomorrow is my last day and I am really looking forward to seeing the results of the tests. I have booked with Cassi Cowlam at The Medical Sanctuary for the Live Blood analysis and VLA around Midday.

I will be continuing with the maintenance kit after tomorrow and will most likely continue to do a 2 in 5 regime as I just feel so damn good!

Wow hard over dinner time. I made my girls spaghetti and it looked and smelled so good. That was hard. I just had a cup of tea instead. I am looking forward to having a meal tomorrow.
