Daily Diary and Test Results – William Day 2

Wow, well today was as good as I could have expected.

Day two can make some people feel quite ordinary as the toxins are starting to move and the mental game with hunger is well under way. The mind can be a difficult thing to tame sometimes.

I slept really well last night. I would normally wake at around 2 – 2.30am, (apparently liver time according to Chinese Medicine) but last night I slept right through to 5.30am, the normal time I would rise.

I had a cup of coffee at breakfast along with my spoonful of Wise Nutrients and 100ml of Gut Restore. The family ate eggs on toast, I found it better to remain busy and got on with a few home chores before it was time to get moving and face the day.

I arrived at work a little early and set my nose to the grindstone as I had plenty to plough through. By 10am work had become quite hectic and I felt a little light in the head but no feeling of hunger.

By around 2pm in the afternoon I felt tight and empty in the stomach but this had passed by around 4pm. In the mid afternoon I was also yawning a lot and did feel a little tired. Again I believe this is just a case of mind over matter. I have drunk about 3 cups of Tulsi Tea today which has satisfied me for all intents and purposes. Wow I have not stopped urinating, maybe 5 or 6 times throughout the day. Will need to be sure to keep my fluids up, lots of water.

I know the Wise Nutrients and Gut Restore give my body all the nutrients it needs to perform and get me through a busy day. The rest is a bit of a mental game. My mind occasionally tells me I should eat something…my rumbling stomach reiterates that it would be a good thing to have a snack… but I can choose to resist and do so.

By 5.30pm my energy has again started to pick up as I move into the evening. I do feel a little on edge though, like I have no patience for anything, so I will need to brace myself in that respect. I just feel a bit testy, a little on edge.

Home for some Wise Nutrients, Gut Restore and hopefully a restful night’s sleep. Day three tomorrow. I have a big day ahead and two important meetings but both are in the afternoon. Mmmm Day three can be a clanger as the body is in full toxin release mode.
